My food today
Breakfast:
Grilled paneer (Indian cottage cheese) sandwich with adrak (ginger), tulsi (basil) and Chotti elaichi (cardamom) tea, albeit in a coffee cup :).
My husband had an open sandwich with cucumber, onion, tomato and bell peppers.
Lunch:
For lunch I had parmal aloo (a dry dish made with pointed gourd and potatoes).
My food yesterday was aloo gobhi (potatoes & cauliflower dry dish).
Dinner: My dinner tonight is farm grown ghiya (bottle gourd).
