The salad actually was a chilli base from Tesco. It had onions and kidney beans. (suitable for vegetarians). It was lovely and crunchy.

Diced vegetables : Aubergine, mushrooms and green beans marinated with a little chilli infused oil and rubbed with a tandoori seasoning.

Sweet potato (which was bought frozen) microwaved for about 7 minutes with a dash of chilli oil.

Steamed Broccoli.

Spinach and lentil burgers (from Sainsburys).

Baked Potato with baked beans and steamed broccoli.

Drink was almond milk.
