Okra – cleaning, cutting and cooking
– wipe with a wet towel
– top and tail
– cut
– heat oil and put cumin and mustard seeds. Let them crackle
– put in okra. saute for a few minutes
– put in the spices (turmeric powder, coriander powder) and salt
– put in onions
– keep stirring every few minutes, till cooked
