My food today:

Lunch: Mattra (dry white peas rehydrated, then boiled) with ulte tawa ka parauntha (bread cooked on an inverted griddle).

Dinner: paneer makhani (Indian cottage cheese cooked in a sauce enriched with butter) and roomali roti (indian bread as thin as a handkerchief).
Dessert:
Chocolava cake

Eggless wheat cake:

Hand blend a cup each of wheat flour, sugar and curd with 1/2 cup of oil, 1/4 tspn (teaspoon) of baking soda and baking powder and 7-8 tspn of coco powder and microwave for 8 mins…
