A very quick and easy chickpea meal – stew/curry

Boiled chickpeas, lentil dumplings, green chilli, seasonings (ready made curry seasoning), tomatoes and 2 tbsps rice…all thrown in a pan!

Hoped for the best. It turned out quite nice.

Eaten with natural yogurt and chilli garlic salt.

Rich in protein too. 🙂
