Our yummy snack today – Roasted sweetcorn!

This is my mother-in-law’s recipe. 

  • Open a can of sweetcorn and drain the water
  • Spread the sweetcorn kernels on a foil lined baking tray
  • Optional step (sprinkle with some spray oil)
  • Roast in the oven till just charred a little at the edges


It was yum scrum!!..and we didn’t add any salt or any condiments or flavors.
