Lunch today was: Spinach Roti.

I had some kneaded dough and steamed spinach.

The dough was kneaded (again) with the steamed spinach.

Salt, coriander powder (a pinch), garam masala (a pinch), coarse dried chillies (a pinch) and fine garlic granules (a pinch) were added to the mix.

The dough was then formed into balls, which were rolled out, baked on the Indian skillet (Tawa), and smeared with butter.

Accompanied with plain yogurt.
